HOW DO I BOOK?

HOW DO I PAY?
Session fees must be paid upon booking a time slot. You can pay for the session fee directly online by credit card.
WHAT DO THE SESSIONS INCLUDE?
Our package includes a unique private experience with a curated selection of high-quality digital images.
WHERE IS THE CABIN LOCATED?
In Gatineau (Aylmer sector)
DO YOU OFFER REFUNDS?
WHAT IF I HAVE A LARGE FAMILY?
That's OK! It might just mean that we won't have time to do more than 1-2 activities if we want to get those family pics done.
Sessions fees are non-refundable but, they are transferable to another family should you be unable to keep your appointment. It is up to the client to find a replacement, not the cabin.
CAN SIBLINGS TAKE PART IN THE SAME SESSION?
Yes! Siblings can be photographed together in the same session. Group sizes of up to 4-5 are ideal.
DO YOU HAVE A BATHROOM ON SITE?
Unfortunately, we do not. But there is a Tim Horton's down the street.
HOW LONG IS A SESSION?
WHAT TIME SHOULD WE ARRIVE FOR OUR SESSION?
Please arrive 5 minutes prior to your session. Please wait outside or in your car till we are ready for you. Session start promptly and late arrivals will still end at the originally scheduled time.
CAN I TAKE PHOTOS WITH MY OWN CAMERA?
We don't allow personal cameras or phones inside the cabin because they interfere with our professional lighting and can distract children during their session. You're welcome to take your own photos outside the cabin before or after your visit - there are cute spots perfect for extra pictures.
We offer two session lengths so families can choose what works best for their child.
5 minutes Express session - A quick, cheerful visit designed for children who warm up easily or families looking for a simple seasonal photo. You'll enjoy a short interaction with special guest and a small set of curated digital images.
20 minute Ultimate Session - A calm, unhurried experience created for shy toddlers, anxious children, and individuals with sensory or developmental needs. Your family has the CABIN entirely to yourselves, giving your child time to explore, warm up, and interact at their own pace. This session includes a larger set of curated digital images and plenty of space for gentle, natural moments
